Order tracking for embroidery, DTF, DTG and screen-print shops. A board the whole shop can read from across the room, and a Floor page where each person records their own work.
Begin any step and the order is Working. When Trim/Print is done it moves to Ready. Machines show the order they run.
One entry feeds the screen on the wall, the list at the desk, the ticket at the counter and the tablet on the floor. Click a step on the wall screen above and watch this list change too.
| Order | Customer | Type | Steps | Progress | Status |
|---|
At the desk: search, filter and update any order. Staff add and edit; admins also delete, export and manage the team.
At the counter: an 80 mm receipt, a 4 x 6 inch label or a full sheet, with a barcode. Scan it to pull the order up.
Each person signs in on the shop tablet with their own PIN, scans a ticket and presses Start. No lists of names to pick from, so nobody works under someone else's name.
Choose the kind of work. The button you press turns red. Trim/Print is done by hand, so it never asks for a machine.
Pick several orders for embroidery and give each its own machine. A machine runs one order at a time, so a taken machine is greyed out. Each order has its own timer, pause and finish.
When the last step is done, the order moves to Ready by itself and shows on the wall.
The dashboard shows each person's day, each machine's use, and a week or month comparison. The speed index compares people on the same kind of work, so someone who runs more 3D Puff is not marked down for it. Pick any date, and print it.
Pieces, minutes per piece and the speed index (100 is the shop average). Sample data.
Priya finished the fewest pieces, but on harder work, so her index is the highest.
Everything the team does is recorded, and only admins see it. On the Floor page, people see their own day and nothing about anyone else.
Put the Work screen on a monitor. It is view-only, protected by a PIN, refreshes by itself, and shows what is waiting, in progress and ready. Each order shows who is working on it, and a row of machines shows which ones are running and which order is on each. Customer phone numbers never appear on it.
Sample, EMB/PreT., Trim/Print and a quality check. Starting a step moves the order to Working, and finishing Trim/Print moves it to Ready. Partly done orders stay open, so a second person can finish the rest.
Tickets print from the normal browser print window: an 80 mm receipt layout (for example the Star TSP series), a 4 x 6 inch label, or a regular Letter or A4 sheet. Scan the barcode to open the order.
Each person has their own login for the desk and their own PIN for the Floor. Staff add and update orders. Only admins delete, export, see the team's records or change settings. An activity log shows who changed what and when. Admins can open the Floor as anyone, and the log shows it.
Order numbers are assigned for you. Type a returning customer and the phone number fills in. Product types and positions come from dropdown lists you edit yourself.
Add your logo, colors and address. Your shop gets its own web address and its own data, completely separate from every other shop. Download all of it as a spreadsheet or a backup file whenever you like, and restore from a backup if you ever need to.
We would rather tell you what it is than oversell it.
Many shops keep their invoicing tool and use this next to it. The steps are built for embroidery and print shops that work in the order Sample, EMB/PreT., Trim/Print.
Pick your shop's web address and a username. Your board is ready right away, at qks.jot.mybluehost.me/yourshop.
Give each person a PIN and the kinds of work they do. List your embroidery machines. Open the Floor page on a tablet.
Enter your orders, print the tickets, and put the Work screen on a monitor. The floor follows along.
One simple price per shop, with no per-order fees and no contract to get out of.
No. It runs in the browser on any computer, tablet or phone. The wall screen and the Floor page just need a browser.
For the Floor page they only need a PIN that you give them. They never see a list of names, other people's records, or customer phone numbers. Only the people you give a login can open the desk.
Each shop's orders, accounts and settings are stored separately from every other shop. Staff see only what their role allows. Admins can open an activity log that shows who changed what and when. See the privacy policy.
Tickets come in three layouts: 80 mm receipt (for example the Star TSP series), 4 x 6 inch label, and a regular Letter or A4 sheet. They print from the normal browser print window, so any printer your computer can use will work.
Yes, and fairly. The speed index compares each person with the shop's average time for the same kind of work, so a person who does harder work is not marked down. It needs a few days of records to mean anything.
Not yet. It is built for production: what is ordered, what is in progress and what is ready. Many shops keep their invoicing tool and use this next to it.
Start with new orders, and add the open ones as you go. You can also export every order to a CSV file at any time, so you are never locked in.
We will tell you at least 30 days before we charge anything, and you can export everything and stop. Your records stay yours.
Tell us about your shop and how you track orders today. We reply with a walkthrough using your own kind of orders. Ready to try it? Sign up and start.
